How to get a place for your child
Reservation
Please complete the form in full and return it to us by email at info@early-bird-club.de.
We allocate our nursery places for 3-6 year olds to our Early Bird Club nursery children, and it is currently not possible to register for a nursery place for 3-6 year olds.

Contract documents
If you decide to join the Early Bird Club, we will send you the contract documents by email. You will then have 10 days to review the contract at your leisure, sign it, and return it to us.
Acceptance of contract
Upon receipt of your signed contract, your child’s place is bindingly reserved. You will receive written confirmation from us.
Getting to know each other & information about settling in
About four weeks before childcare begins, you will receive an email invitation from us to a personal meeting at the Early Bird Club. At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to get to know the team and the premises. You will also receive all the important information you need about settling in, as well as organizational tips for a successful start.

Tax savings for working individuals
Childcare costs for children of single parents and couples where both partners are employed can be claimed as income-related expenses or business expenses for tax purposes. Two-thirds of the childcare costs per child per year are deductible up to a maximum of €4,000. Discuss this with your tax advisor.
